I have over 20 years of managing manufacturing facilities around the world.

I set up a model making shop in the Timex assembly facility in Cebu, Philippines.  The goal was to accurately represent the design. The designer used my models to evaluate their design in 3D.

Due to capacity limitations, I moved the model shop to China. The number of mockups remained at 3 pieces and I added 45 sales samples to serve a request from the sales force.
